Meet Dr. Bec
Advanced Paediatric Chiropractor
(B.Ch.Sc., M.Ch.Sc.,D.Ch.Paeds)
Bec's own breech baby threw her into the world of optimal foetal positioning, where she went down the rabbit hole and found a deep love for Spinning Babies (TM) and the Webster Technique.
After living in Sydney, she was very happy to move back to the Central Coast, closer to family and friends. She's very excited to introduce Birth and Beyond Chiropractic to this community of amazing mothers. Her goal is to enhance the quality of life for our beautiful mummas.
Outside of passionate Chiropractic appointments you'll find Bec bike riding through Long Jetty with the family, swimming down at Toowoon Bay Beach or training at the local gym. She has a love for aerial hammock and aerial circus skills, which she found is a gentler alternative to gymnastics on her post-partum body.
She is a passionate advocator of movement and sunshine, encouraging her patients to get outdoors and keep their bodies moving!
Bec has completed extensive post graduate and additional training in areas of:
- Prenatal Chiropractic - Postnatal Chiropractic
- The Webster Technique - Spinning babies (TM)
- Cranial therapy - Tongue and Lip Tie Training
- Paediatric training
She has also completed a Paediatric Chiropractic Diploma. A 2 year course that involves pre requisite reading in depths of research and face-to-face classes about current evidence based treatments for common conditions that present in the paediatric population. Whether that involves pure Chiropractic management, co-management with other therapies or referring out for specialist opinion.

Meet Mel
Our official desk fairy and Practice Manager Mel has a new found passion for pre and post natal Chiropractic, after seeing Bec before and after the birth of her son.
Mel has worked forever in customer service and has also worked with children in many different settings, such as Before and After School Care, an activities instructor at the GABC, as a creche attendant at the impact Gym and as a snowboard instructor to children 3 and up many moons ago.
She is more than happy to give bubs a cuddle, have a chat about all things from pregnancy to birth, entertain a busy toddler or help with any questions or booking enquiries.
Mel loves swimming at the beach, drinking hot coffees, weightlifting, pole dancing, reading smutty books and starting a million craft projects but finishing none of them.
